Good:
- Ordered the pork floss eggplant, which was totally delicious! The eggplants were fried till so crispy that they tasted like chips/ biscuits. They were not too hard nor too soft. Add in the sweet pork floss onto the eggplants as you eat and you will realise how perfect the combination is! Have visited Canto kitchen twice and ordered this dish both times.
- Also ordered roast chicken and it tasted quite good. The meat was soft, although a little oily, and the skin was nice and chewy.
-The restaurant isn't that big but it was a comforatble ambience.

Not-so-good:
-Restaurant prices.

Overall:
Will definitely return again, especially for the pork floss eggplant.

Good:
- Located at an interesting part of Singapore - Marina pier! Aboard a stationary ship. Beautiful and unique restaurant dining experience.
- Ordered Santa Fe BBQ Ribs and it tastes soft and has lots of meat. For those who prefer harder meat, then this may not appeal to you.

Not-so-good:
- You need to drive there, else it is too inconvenient.
- For those who have motion sickness, you may feel nauseous and full even before the food comes.

Overall:
Beautiful and unique place to dine. Will return again in future.

Good:
- Ordered the Pink dragon roll. It is actually salmon sushi maki. The cooked salmon is tasty and eaten as a whole with the sushi, it tastes heavenly!
- Ordered Avocado soft shell roll. The crispy soft shell crab tastes wonderful with the cool avocado at the top.
- The sashimi tastes really fresh and soft.
- Ordered japanese egg with pork. The pork meat is soft. The egg gravy tastes flavourful yet not too salty.

Not-so-good:
- Not cheap.

Overall:
For the fresh and delicious sushi, i will definitely return again in future! Will also recommend to friends.

Good:
- Wide range of sushi to choose from. (from the normal maki to the unique mango sushi)
- The quality of sushi in sushi tei is very high. Delicious and fresher as compared to those budget ones like sushi express.
- The soft-shell crab handroll also tastes great with the crunchy soft-shell crab wrapped in soft beaded rice and crispy seaweed.
- Nice ambience at this 2-storey building. Like a village. Great for romantic couples, as well as family or friends gatherings.
- Great staff service.

Not-so-good:
- Sushi tei is always popular, hence the long queue to get a seat (unless you go really early to avoid to peak meal timings)
- Away from the MRT station. Parkings are plentiful at Serangoon Gardens though.

Overall:
Will definitely return again and again for the sushi. Will also recommend to friends.

Good:
- Even if it was just for high-tea buffet, Cafe Mosaic serves a wide variety of international food that resembles a full buffet. There were japanese station (serving sushi), "live" station (congee, noodles and sliced meat), main station (serving the usual pots of chinese and western food), dessert station (tarts, cakes, ice-cream and even ice-kacang), salad station and even seafood station (serving sashimi, oysters and more)!
- The food served were delicious and fresh.
- There was even a kids-section to educate and entertain kids. On this day, there were cupcake-making session and balloon-sculpturing session. This keeps the kids engaged and entertained.
- Staff were prompt in clearing used plates.
- Value for money.

Not-so-good:
- Occasionally, some staff were over-enthusiastic in clearing half-eaten plates.

Overall:
Will return again in future. A good place to celebrate children's birthdays and for huge gatherings. Will definitely recommend to friends.
