My family loves coming here for lunch. It may not be the best place but we love the laidback feel to it. Food wise it is quite okay, nothing over the top.

We ordered some of our favourite dishes that day smile I like the sambal kangkong.. not as oily as some places.

Simple comfort food, hotplate toufu with prawns!

This sweet and sour fish is too sweet for my liking, it can be better. It even has fruits in it!

My all time favourite - Chilli crabs. The size of the crabs here are big! Yummy.

This is a new addition to the stretch of eateries at this quiet estate smile My group was intending to visit Wimbly Lu but it was too crowded hence we adjunct to Rokeby just 1 min away smile

We had lunch already so we were here for coffee and desserts . First is this warm molten lava cake. The texture of the cake is wonderful. Very well done and chocolate is very gooey! Just that it is a tad too sweet for my likening tongue

My flat white goes well with the sweet desserts ..they use Australian coffee beans

Nice bike parked just outside of the cafe!

I popped by this cafe on a morning..before the mad crowd comes in for their coffee and brunch.

Ordered myself a latte and their popular waffles!

Simple homely decor.

ordered myself a latte and their popular waffles! The small flowers add a nice touch to the other wise wooden tables.

Breakfast for one. This is their Greek yogurt with fresh fruits on top of a waffle. It is really very yummy..

I heard they are expanding their menu and cafe space!~ Will be going there soon to check it out!

here for a drink  OK Jul 11, 2013

Was around the area and needed some hot drinks..

So we found a corner table and ordered some coffee and tea plus a tart to go with our drinks .

I love the cute saucer smile

Tart was not too bad ..but a bit sweet..goes well with my tea haha smile

They do serve sandwiches and salads too. Can be noisy when the kids from near by tuition or enrichment center monkey around the cafe. Otherwise it is usually quite quiet smile

Cute piggy bao!  Smile Jul 09, 2013

Being a big bao fan, how can I allow myself not to eat at Canton-I? I have heard of their baos for the longest time. Finally had the chance to eat it.

We just had to order the yummy 流沙包 ( custard/salted egg yolk bun)

The skin is purple because they added taro to it.

Salted yolk bun is not a salted yolk bun if the liquid yolk doesn't flow out of the bun!

This one passed the test!

Big serving!

I love this chee chong fun.

Couldn't finish this XO carrot cake..
It's nice but oily :X

You just have to eat this! The cutest piggy red bean bao!

Service was okay. Food didn't take long to arrive.
