My friends and I decided to grab a quick bite in the afternoon. Thought of trying polar cakes and puffs since we've not tried their cakes or puffs before. I bought a strawberry swissroll as it looked really sweet and pretty. Was quite satisfied with my swiss roll except that the jam was a little too sweet. There are some bits of sugar sprinkled at the top of the cake too. Better to sip on some tea with it.

Was here for a meal of yusheng with my family. The restaurant was very quiet, only occupied by a few tables. The yusheng we ordered was fresh and tasty. There was lime added to give the dish a more appetizing taste. Also, we ordered a plate of crabmeat ee-mian. It was something different from the zi char we outside. The noodles had bits of beaten egg and crab meat slices..a very yummy dish.

Never a fan of steam cakes but I decided to try one at BreadTalk anyway. Chose the green tea steam cake my friend suggested and it tasted not bad! The steam cake wasn't dry, in fact it was moist and fluffy. The green tea taste was there as well but not too overpowering. A nice change for breakfast instead of our usual bread buns.

This food kiosk sells many cute mini buns. I was recommended by my friend to try out their buns and there was a long queue when I got there. Ranging from many flavors, I chose their chocolate mini buns which came in a pack of six. Their buns are soft, fluffy and fresh from the oven. For $1.60 a pack, I am definitely going back to try their other flavors.

After watching a food channel, my friends and I decided to check this place out for buffet lunch. Their price is quite reasonable and the location makes it convenient for the most of us. They have six stations in total: roasted meat, noodle, claypot, dimsum, pizza and desserts. My favorite station was the pizzas because they were baked upon request. The teriyaki chicken pizza was crisp and nice, very suitable for people who are japanese-food lovers; like me! Also, we shared a seafood & tofu claypot, which was really fragrant and tasty. The rest of the dishes were just average.
