Absolutely nothing to complain! This is the best dou hua which gets everyone craving for!!! Their beancurd is soft and very silky smooth. The feeling is just great! Slurp it down your throat to taste the fragrant smell of beans. It is just silky smooth and tasty. The queue is always very super long and you can see people buying loads of them back. You will need to be patient for good food! This should be the best beancurd ever! It's definitely better than those in the markets.

Went back to this posh chinese restaurant for dinner! I ordered a mini bowl of buddha jump over the wall again. As usual, it consist of abalone, sea cucumber, shark's fin, mushroom and some kind of chinese herbs. The abalone this time is a little softer and nicer. It is well seasoned with herbs. The rest like sea cucumber, shark's fin and mushrooms are all well marinated, soft and delicious. The soup is really tasty. So far, this is the best i've tried. I'm sure there are nicer ones out there.

Ordered a plate of raw sushi. It's so yummy and fresh! The hotatae is huge and tasty. The meat is really sweet and succulent. The rice too is very soft and delicious. I ordered their shrimp sushi as well. The translucent skin of the shrimp is so tempting. It is fresh, sweet and succulent upon first bite. I will dip them into the light soya sauce and pinch a little wasabi to taste. Fabulous!

Ordered a few dim sum and they all tasted nice in fact. I had their fried prawn dumpling. The outer layer is really crispy and fragrant. The inner fillings are generous and fresh. I can taste the prawns and fish paste which are really soft and tasty. It is pretty huge as well. The only downside is that it's a little dry. All in all, i will order it again. The service is good too!

Went back to Antoinette for their Carbonara AGAIN! I can't remember this is my how many times of visits already. Every single time, i'll order this dish without fail. I love how the poached egg sits on top of the entire creamy pasta. The dish is really tasty and fragrant. If you are someone who love creamy stuffs and a little salty as well, give this a try! You will have no regrets!
