Divine Wine Bar Smile Jun 16, 2012

A great place to hang out after office hours. The place is pretty dark and gloomy with lots of interesting wall designs. There's also a tall wine cellar storing all the wines and an angel will fly up to retrieve your bottle upon request. I had a glass of mango magarita. It was nice, thick and delicious with a hint of alcohol. Food were served promptly after ordering. Best part is there's a live band playing soothing music.

Coccogelo Smile Jun 15, 2012

Coccogelo at East Coast. Gelato with lots of varieties of flavours for you to choose from. The staffs are all friendly and cheerful. You can ask for sampling before buying and the staffs there are very willing to let you try a few. After trying out a handful of it, I decided to go for lychee sorbet and peanut butter and chocolate chip. They tasted very unique. Lychee is a mixture of sweetness and sourness while peanut butter and chocolate chip is sweet. All in all it is nice and smooth!

Daikokuya Ramen Dining Smile Jun 15, 2012

Daikokuya is a place for Japanese food and ramen lovers. Service is fantastic and prompt perhaps because it's not the peak hours. We had salmon sashimi and it is really fresh!!! Gyoza is crispy on the outside with tasty fillings on the inside. The meat are fresh and juicy. I had chawanmushi, a side not to be missed while visiting any Japanese restaurant. It is smooth and tasty as well. All in all, my experience here was great!

Nanbantei Smile Jun 15, 2012

Nanbantei, Japanese restaurant located at the last level of Far East Plaza. I had their Yakitori Bento at $13.00. Real affordable and with a lot of varieties. The look of it is already attractive enough to gain your attention! The food are all piping hot like it was served directly after grilled. The ambience is homey and cosy. Service was great too. Avoid peak hours as it will be packed. Do make a reservation!

Killiney Kopitiam Smile Jun 15, 2012

Malay cuisines at Killiney Kopitiam. Love their Lontong. I didn't add chilli as i can't really take spicy stuffs. I love the gravy with a strong taste of coconut. It is made with a mixture of vegetables and i feel it is pretty healthy. There are cabbage, long beans, tofu, a hard boiled egg and pieces of rice cubes (Ketupat). The gravy really compliments well with the rice cubes.
