There was no oyster offered on that day. In terms of seafood selection, I felt that it was rather limited and the sashimi was consumed rather quickly. Sashimi only included Tuna and Salmon on that day. Do help yourself to the whole fish that's been cooked and placed on the adjacent table. Really nice with their wasabi mayo.What I thought was the highlight of the buffet was that a lot of the dishes was cooked with various types of tea: Earl Gray, Green Tea, Chai Tea..etc
This was for meats and for dessert as well!The Eggtart in the picture above is Green Tea Eggtart! Really nice and neat idea but would have been better had it been more warm and heated up.

$3 a milo is not a cheap drink, but decided to see what the rave was aboutThe view that you see as you near the counterIce milo for $3 a pop. As I don't like whipped cream, we opted out on it. Perhaps we should have...? The ice milo felt like it was overly sweet but the milo was more creamy than the ice milo you'd drink outside. Other than the creaminess, I couldn't really see what the fuss was about..
Least I've tried it and know that I will probably be ordering my Ice Milo in normal coffeeshops

Their pastries were really fresh, so please do try them if you have the chance.

Do note that it does take a little while to prepare your breakfast but each dish and side is truly delicious.

The scrambled eggs was paired very nicely with the tomatoes and mushrooms. Though many breakfast places would offer a similar option, the taste was slightly sweeter perhaps because they may have added honey or maple syrup but your taste buds will truly enjoy it.

I'm not a banana person but the pancakes with the granola bits was a good complement. The portion was a little big though so I could hardly finish what I had ordered. I also added a plain yogurt on the side to complement the maple syrup and the dish.

Despite their specialty dish being Tonkatsu, none of us ordered the dish. Instead, we tried to pick dishes that seemed to be more healthy.

There was a coupon that was available outside which would give you a free drink. I would really advise against getting the milk tea. Perhaps because the drinks are free, their quality of drinks were really not up to standard. Please stick with the Ochya if you're paying for the drinks.The grilled chicken salad was a good choice though. The sauce was perfect, tasty, and was light at the same time. They should really try to highlight and sell this dish more.The fish presentation looked almost exact to the menu that was given to us. We were also surprised at the size of the fish as most of the time, restaurants would offer a smaller porition.Another healthy option that salad eaters can consider

This place is really great and I can't believe more people aren't raving about The Black Sheep Cafe already.

We ordered a set meal each from the different tiers that they offered. The server was very attentive in offering you suggestions, introducing their dishes, and also refilling your water. What's great about this place is that there's no additional GST or service tax!

After ordering, we were served our bread which still warm and toastyThe foie gras was perfect in size and how the foie gras was cooked.

Duck Confit and Beef Tenderloin seemed to be the choices that food reviewers and the waiter said that customers would normally consume at the restaurant.Here's the Duck Confit from different angles. The mango salad side was great to complement the duck confit and if a change of flavor and texture was needed. The Duck Confit's meat was marinated well and at the same time juicy without making a mess of the plateHere's the beef tenderloin at different angles. The meat was cut perfectly and despite having sides that are offered on the airplane, the greens were fresh and tasted great. In each bite, you could really feel the tender and care that was put in each plate by the chef.Please note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays.
