Perhaps we should have...? The ice milo felt like it was overly sweet but the milo was more creamy than the ice milo you'd drink outside. Other than the creaminess, I couldn't really see what the fuss was about..

Despite their specialty dish being Tonkatsu, none of us ordered the dish. Instead, we tried to pick dishes that seemed to be more healthy.

There was a coupon that was available outside which would give you a free drink. I would really advise against getting the milk tea. Perhaps because the drinks are free, their quality of drinks were really not up to standard. Please stick with the Ochya if you're paying for the drinks.The grilled chicken salad was a good choice though. The sauce was perfect, tasty, and was light at the same time. They should really try to highlight and sell this dish more.The fish presentation looked almost exact to the menu that was given to us. We were also surprised at the size of the fish as most of the time, restaurants would offer a smaller porition.Another healthy option that salad eaters can consider

Place to consider for a quick bite in town with a decent setting. They're supposed to be quite big on their cakes so we ordered keeping in mind to leave some space for dessert.Strawberry Cheesecake with whipped cream. I felt that the cheesecake could have been thicker and creamier. Perhaps I should go for the American Cheesecake next time.Hamburger's presentation looked like cafe foodPesto with Pine Nuts seemed a tad green than what I was used to but the noodles were al dente (which is good!). The taste was just right in the sense that it wasn't overly salty and wasn't bland. A good thing to note was that the red and yellow peppers were cooked well and did not seem like airplane food.

The soups are thick and really hearty-- I could barely eat halfway down the bread bowl.

Friend ordered the Pumpkin Soup along with the Sandwich.
I feel that this is the better bang for the buck as you can get variations in taste and texture.
The Pumpkin soup has some pepper inside so it might be slightly peppery for those whom avoid Black Pepper. Definitely recommend getting the half soup and half salad or half soup and half sandwich (if you have the stomach space!)

The restaurant's food feels authentic as there seems to be Thai people working in the kitchen and serving you. Please be patient and enunciate while ordering as the way we accent our English is slightly different.

Of the dishes, I'd recommend the Som Tum. Have actually gone back to pack away 2 portions of it for a potluck as it's really authentic. Beware, it's quite spicy.

The Phad Thai was a let down as there seemed to be tomato ketchup in it which lost its tanginess and natural sour flavor from the lime. The Pineapple fried rice's presentation wasn't up to standard, then again, you're not paying $12+ at a fancy restaurant.
