Yan Chuan Roaster does not have any seating area, and is located in an industrial area.. I guess its roasted duck must be quite good then, going by the long queue at its store front. I bought its whole roast duck that day. It was what you expect from decent roast duck, with a nice mix of fatty and lean parts. The service was quite fast too, so better prepare your money once you start queuing.

Lasagna is a Western dish but it was given a twist by Laksania by introducing the laksa flavour into it.The lasagna was tasty, with a good mix of laska paste and cheese. Both complemented each other and gave it an innovative taste. However, I felt that the portion could have been slightly bigger - it was over in a couple of bites. Perhaps more suitable as a between-meal snack.

Located at the basement of AMK Hub, I always see the place quite packed at all times of the day. I decided to check out the place. MOF has a good chill-out vibe and you feel like staying there for a long time. Plus you can people-watch! Anyway, my friend and I tried out the Chicken curry bento and Cream soup ramen with salmon meatballs. My friend loved her bento and my ramen was also nice but I felt it could have been less salty. But a nice place overall.

Swensen's r Orchard is located at a very specific part of Ion, yet I am surprised at the number of people who manage to find their way there. To get there, you can go through Orchard Xchange. The place was packed on a weekday at dinner time and we had to wait for a table to available. I had the fish and chips and it was the usual standard, considering the crowd. Both the fries and the fish were crispy and service was prompt once we were seated.
