Ginger Milk Tea  Smile Jul 30, 2012   (Related Review)

For more than a dollar, this cup of milk tea is served hot and is a relatively large cup of ginger milk tea. Milk tea is easy to find but good ginger milk tea is hard to find! This cup of ginger milk tea has a strong and rich taste of ginger that has a slightly spicy after taste on your throat. The ginger blends well with the milk and i not too sweet a cup. The ginger does not cover the milk taste completely and this cup of ginger milk is made fresh and hence a joy to drink! lol

Watermelon Soy Sauce  Smile Jul 29, 2012

SOld at $2 per cup, this cup of watermelon soy milk is amongst its more popular soy blend along with honeydew soy milk and papaya soy milk. It was my first time trying this drink and it tasted surprisingly fresh. The soy milk taste does not cover the taste of the watermelon and these two ingredients are surprisingly quite a good match! Overall a not too sweet drink that taste fresh especially in a hot afternoon and also very healthy!

The soon keuh sold is popular amongst residents staying at bedok and each soon kuek taste chewy and soft. Each soon kueh is wrapped with well stuffed vegetables and also sprinkled with black sesame seeds. the vegetables are not too salty and taste well with the wrapping outside. The chili and black sauce are also recommended to go with the soon kueh to heighten the taste. Overall quite a nice soon kueh wich is bite size and really chewy and fresh!

Tako Yaki!  OK Jul 29, 2012

For slightly more than $2, the tako yaki is very popular amongst people who want to find yummy japanese snacks. Served with 3-4 balls per serving, customers have a choice of seafood, octopus, ham and more. The tako yaki is made fresh on the spot and taste best when it is hot. I chose the sea food stuffed balls and it tasted soft. The flour is not too sweet and taste wel when matched with the sea food slices stuffed within. To heighten the taste of tako yaki, each serving is also sprinkled with finely sliced cuttle fish slices and mayo sauce. Overall a really nice snack and recommended to all! smile

Yummy Ice Cream :D  Smile Jul 29, 2012

Categories : Ice Cream and Gelato

For $2.90 each scoop, my friends and I decided to try it as a after meal dessert and chose the flavours of green tea, cookies and cream and chocolate mint. I liked the green tea flavoured the best as it is not too sweet and has a rich fragrant taste of well brewed green tea. For those who likes green tea, you would love this green tea ice cream. As for the chocolate mint, I didn't enjoy it as much as it was slightly blend and the taste of mint was not too strong. The chocolate chips are those you find in cream cakes so the chocolate taste was slightly lacking. As for the cookies and cream, it had a rich taste and blend of vanilla and cookies, overall not too sweet and quite a yummy treat. lol
