Great Laksa Smile Nov 21, 2010

Categories : Malay | Halal

One of the best Laksa I have ever tasted in Singapore.
Not so spicy but it is tasty and rich.
The coconut milk used tasted different from those used in normal laksa.
The coconut milk does not create a blend taste and just simply makes me addictive bite after bite.

Heard great things about their dessert hence decided to try it out for tea!
The Black Sesame Ice Cream is a bang.
Though small, it has a rich taste of sesame.
A definite must try for sesame lovers.smile

Great Pizza Smile Nov 21, 2010

Tried their Smoke Salmon Pizza and it is indeed worth it.
With a thin, crispy crust, it is a little sweet from the cheesey base but the big chucky slice of smoke salmon made my day! I am a sucker for fresh, well-prepared salmon.

The taste is unusual and unique. My wifey loves it.!

Dim Sum  Smile Nov 21, 2010

Yes I just simply love the dim sum served by Mayim that I decided to try the dim sum in their second branch.

This time I tried their Century Egg porridge, my fave Char Siew Bao and wifey fave Siew Mai.

And Mayim did not disappoint. The porridge is tasty and filled with eggs. You can see the chucks of century eggs within the porridge. We finish the entire bowl without adding any seasonings.

The Char Siew Bao is juicy and tasty. Excellent. and satisfying.

The Siew Mai is fresh and meaty. You can taste the fresh meat in every bite.

One of the best dim sum place in Singapore

Was there lunching and I was quite surprise by the quality of food served.

The teppanyaki menu is pretty similar and cooking is similar, but the results are different!
It got to be the cook tongue

Ordered the Black Pepper Beef and it is excellent. Expecting to be hard and dry, it turned to be tender and juicy. Most importantly, it taste deliciously with the pepper sauce.

The fried bean sprout is simple but nice. It is also fresh and juicy. One of my fave.

I will go back there AGAIN
