Rice~ Smile Feb 15, 2013

Bought rice with beansprout and potato. Don't belittle this two vegetables just because they are vegetables. When cooked well, they taste good and go well with each other especially when mixed with the potato sauce.
The beansprout, luckily is not either under or over cook . If they are, i can say byebye to my whole packet of food. Because when beansprout is either over or under cook , they have the particular taste which i loathe.
The potato is good, soft and drenched with sauce smile.

Beehoon ~~ OK Feb 15, 2013

Categories : Food Court

Ordered a beehoon takeway with fried chicken wing and vegetables.
Their beehoon was quite hard and dry - maybe due to me buying it at late night approx 10 plus .
The chicken wing however was still quite okay maybe they fry it not too long ago. The crispyness still there when i bite it and the oil is still present as well . The vegetables is okay just that it is a little bit overcook.

Wanted to go for something light and thus ordered a kway teow noddle soup. Look at the soup - it's a little bit oily due to the bak chou but still it taste not bad . The kway teow i the smaller type which i preferred than the thicker type - it is also cooked the way i like it as it is soft and tender. The mushroom on the other hand is a little bit too hard and should be cooked longer . Furthermore, the ingredients are given too little. But overall, it's still OK.

I decided to try out the almond flavor as i felt like eating it. The almond flavor was good - not too strong or mild and best of all it is not diluted like some other almond beancurd i have tried. Furthermore , the sweetness is just right - at least for me . The texture is super soft and silky . It will crush if you used too much strength to scoop it. Whether it is crushed or not, it still tastes good. Best consume chilled .

Durian Ritz Strudel Smile Feb 15, 2013

Decided to try out their durian flavor instead of apple because i am not much a big fan of apple. Then the auntie there recommend me to try out their durian flavor instead. After my first bite i shall say their slang "love at first bite" is not a joke. It really tastes so heavenly that I bought more for me families and friends to eat . The pastry is really crispy and flaky and coated with honey above. The middle filling is stuffed with real durian. Yes, real durian. Durian lovers like me could go and try this out ! smile .
