Pasta~ Smile Dec 12, 2012

Categories : Italian | Food Court | Pasta | Brunch

My colleague randomly ordered this for me and so I have no idea what this pasta name is called. However I could tell you the ingredients - egg (obviously), some beans, some carrots, some corn, some beef, onions.

The onions are nice - caramelized XD.
The pasta are cooked a little bit more than al dente .
The sauce are really good but it might be a little bit too oily but it is rich and flavorful . It also goes well with the pastas.
The beef are a little bit too chewy maybe i got all the tough parts XD.
The greens could be given more though. smile.

Milk tea with herbal jelly Smile Dec 12, 2012

The best way to taste if how good a milk tea is , is without any toppings and plain milk tea. However, I couldn't resist but to add herbal jelly to it as I was craving for it.
The milk tea is zero per cent added sugar and it taste a bit bland and bitter. But however, if you let it stand and mixed with the herbal jelly (Crushed it) it actually taste fine and the bitter taste is not really that obvious anymore. Great!

"o-bi-beh" Smile Dec 12, 2012

This is actually quite nice considering the amount of fillings and the taste of it. It is not too sweet or too bland like how I have it at the other places which is suitable for many. One would not be too sick of it too soon because of the sweetness as well. I managed to finish whole load of it smile.
The milk however, I prefer it to be lesser to make the texture less creamier and less fat XD.
I would still eat it again, and this time round with lesser coconut milk.

Roasted chicken rice OK Dec 12, 2012

The chicken rice "Rice" is the main concern of the chicken rice.
This chicken rice rice is not as good as i thought it will be and it turn out quite hard maybe it is the last few scoop of rice?
It could be softer and added more spices to it.
The chicken are also ok ok and the sauce are way too little . Some parts of the chicken are too hard for me to chew especially the ones with a lot of skin in it. Other than that, some parts of the chicken are soft. Yup.

Fried Kway Teow Smile Dec 12, 2012   (Related Review)

Yes, it looks oily. But let me tell you this, it tastes great! Not only does it taste good, the aroma is overwhelming as well. The kway teow is not too big or too hard and it is really good unlike others that are either too small or too big.
The kway teow is the main ingredient rather than the normal "yellow" mee which I like it very much as i prefer kway teow over "yellow" mee. The "ham" are quite fresh too - love it! It does not have the disgusting taste from "ham" that are not fresh. I would still indulge this on a good day!
