Categories : Singaporean | Coffeeshop

Meet up with my old friend we decided to find a place for coffee. Saw ya kun and we went in to get a seat, there's not many customer at around 4pm is the afternoon. Order 2 coffee and 4 piece of kaya toast, the coffee is served fast but for the kaya toast we will need to wait for around 5 minute for it. Self collection after 5 minute but is worth waiting, the kaya toast is very crispy with butter and kaya in the bread. The kaya they put is just now as it's not alot and the kaya is not very sweet. The coffee taste good with kaya toast and there's air con too so the whole place is very cooling. Spend about $5+ for 2 cup of coffee and 4 piece of bread, it's not very expensive and its acceptable too

Alot of dish to choose from this mixed vegetable stal. All the food are kept very warm as i go around 2+pm in the afternoon to have my lunch and the food are still warm. The rice i ate are hot and i like hot rice, some stall at this time their rice or not warm anymore but his stall all the food and dish are kept warm. I Order 2vegetable with 1 curry chicken the price wise is cheap too it cost me Less than $3buck. The uncle is very friendly and he told me what dish is just cooked and ready to be served and also which is his best dish in his stall. Quite a good choice is you are looking for cheap but can keep your stomach full than you must choose here !!

Soup spoon have lots of outlet but this new outlet at marina bay link is 1 of the outlet i alway go, they come in set meal or ala cart. The set meal come with a drink and sandwich and also a bowl of soup!.. I like their si-chuan soup that is abit sour and a little spicy, i recommend you people to order a set meal because the soup itself is quite a huge potion and with the sandwich and drink is actually enough for you to feel full. There's many other soup like mushroom creamy soup and etc etc. Their sandwich is quite a huge potion and the filling is alot, worth to try and worth the price!.. A set meal cost about > $8 onward! depend on which set meal you getting. Nevertheless the staff are all friendly and polite toward all customer, any customer go in the shop they put in an effort to greet =) !!

satay beehoon!!!! MY FAV Smile Mar 21, 2011

Categories : Singaporean | Chinese | Hawker Centre | Noodles

This satay beehoon is 1 of my fav, during peak hours you will need to wait for quite sometime before your food is serve. The price is $3/4/5 onward. i alway order the $4 satay beehoon as the potion is more and also it's too nice to resist. The sauce is full of peanut and the sauce is not watery, Hot satay sauce on top of the beehoon with some pork and tau pok. The beehoon is well cooked as it's not soft, dont like over cooked beehoon. As for service wise this is not a selfservice stall. You let them know your table number and they will serve to you. Try to avoid heavy rain days because you will have problem finding seat and most of the table and chair are wet! maybe you can do a take away and have it at home. If you are taking home they will NOT put the sauce and beehoon tgt, this is what i like about it ! your beehoon still taste good even u are having it at home !
