Greenwood Fish Bistro gave me an initial 'atas' impression because of where it's situated at, as well as the initial sight of westerners lounging around the area, chit-chatting with booze in hand.
My friend and I entered this small hidden eatery to find ourselves warmly welcomed by a very quiet, comfortable and laid back ambience.
We sat down and already enjoying the atmosphere. It's the sort of place you could sit at for hours just talking, let alone the eating.
We ordered the deep fried calamari ($10.95) as our starters. It is on the pricey range - I must admit. But i figured that it's relatively okay for a place with such an 'atas' feel, especially in a neighborhood where I believe many expats live.
My friend and I each ordered from the list of Premium Fish ($26.95 each).
The fish was oh-so-tender and very flavorful. Most probably the reason why it's a fish bistro in the first place. So if you ever decide to eat here, the fish is a must!
