Hokkaido Izakaya @ Japan Food Town, situated at the fourth level of Wisma Atria. The newly opened food hall specialize in authentic Japanese cuisine. You must pay a visit to appreciate the new concept and delicious Japanese food.

Hokkaido Izakaya is a very small restaurant with limited sit-down tables and some counter seats with clear windows view can see some food preparation/cooking - not full kitchen view thou.

For lunch, the restaurant carry no-frills menu with standard lunch set and limited drinks choices BUT this is a pretty smart concept especially for those working lunch crowds - making fast lunch decision and faster kitchen serving. I do appreciate this trend. More importantly - it tasted really good! They put up their best lunch set that you won't leave disappointed. Drinks is cheap but food is slightly at the high side. It's worth it to me :-)

There's a few causal dining eateries and nicely set up restaurants for selection. Stirring your Japanese craving and satisfying your palete.

Just average OK Aug 05, 2016

There's a few F&B choices at East Coast Park and they are just side by side each other. You won't miss Babalicious with the nice set-up and the spot-on restaurant name obviously means Nonya food.

The food is tasty however not up to Nonya or Peranakan standards. Nonya food is known for its richness, the fragrance, aromatic cuisine with coconut milk and also flavorful sambal chilli. Unfortunately the food we had was just below average. The sambal promfet was a total failure with the over fried fish and sambal chilli without nonya spicy sweetness. Ayam Buah Keluak cooked well but missing the richness. Nonya Chap Chye was nice but the sauce was just too light. However you would still enjoy the food as it's pretty tasty. But Nonya lovers maybe a little disappointed thou....

I would sum it up as a tasty home-cooked style restaurant instead.

At the top of ION Orchard, fantastic high floor view with an elegance feel. Beautiful restaurant with an atmosphere that you couldn't resist to take pictures at every angles. An absolutely romantic place for dinner and the food was excellent. Back for High tea today was a little disappointed by the afternoon platter, the spread and food quality was just average. Scones and macarons was pretty disappointing. However the overall experience is still great, definitely worth the visit.

Ah Seng really live up to his name for quality durians. MSW was really good. We also tried their MQ (Mei Qiu) also tasty but it's best to eat MQ follow by MSW. Today price only $15/kg. We had 7 durians and cost us only $140!
As usual long queue... But can be fast. Must call to make reservations beforehand to avoid any sold out disappointment. Reservation @ 9465 6160.

Best Indian Rojak! Smile Jul 27, 2016

Definitely one of the top Indian Rojak in town. The variety is huge and there's a lot of special Rojak ingredients/choices. Deep fried so crispy and tasty, complete with their special Indian sauce serve warm! Their mee goreng and nasi goreng also fried with fragrance and yummy.

Pls expect long queue and long waiting time. The stall opens exactly at 12:30pm, if you want to beat the queue go half hour before 12:30pm you'll definitely get a seat. Not idea for working personnel with short lunch hours.
