每一次黎新加坡都一定要黎呢度食蟹-米粉蟹。

 
龍海鮮螃蟹王,我係由它未出名食到出名, 到今次嚟先知原來已經改咗名喇!

 
不過砂煲磅蟹米粉湯仍然有保證。
食米粉蟹建議先預訂蟹,一定要乸,因為蟹比較大隻,多肉美味。

 
麥片蝦
麥片個味道特別,我懷疑加咗麥維他消化餅的碎,不但有食麥皮的口感,甜味亦似菠蘿包的酥皮味道,廚司煮到保留左麥片的水份,唔會太乾,但又會有脆的感覺。

 
餐牌上面呢一個荔蓉帶子有個皇冠(推薦菜), 我覺得又唔係必食囉! 首先荔蓉應該加咗啲薯仔和芝士溝埋,因為荔蓉唔係紫色,系黃黃地色,皮炸得脆,但主角帶子卻太細粒,帶子煮得老左。

 
桔仔水
要咗冇冰,成杯都酸酸甜甜,只係去到底就比較甜,好解渴。
