Hi there, if you are looking for real satay, this is the place. Not in Esplanade, Not Satay by the Bay. Not Lau Pa Sat. This is the best there is. Grilled fresh, hence the waiting time. Not like where they merely heat it up, where the meat becomes unchewable. Here they are grilled, with smoky charcoal, with caramelised dark bits and the good mix of fats. The chicken has a good mix of meat type. Unlike some places you may get breast meat. Beef is also mixed with fats. The charred bits are just great and explodes in your mouth. Satay sauce is also good. Other than the satay, they have good mee rebus too. Try them. I would say, a surprise gem and can go for Bib Gourmand.
