Black sticky rice is also called black glutinous rice. It is a naturally sweet, dark rice that has both fiber and loads of antioxidants. It is enjoyable eating it and it has a unique taste when combined with the coconut milk. However, you can choose not to add in the coconut milk if afraid of having bloated stomach. It is a bit too sweet for me but overall it tastes ok and I would suggest it to dessert-lover who looks for something healthier and still enjoy the sweetness at the same time!

After long hour sitting in the air-conditioned lab, just want to have something hot for lunch to make the body feel warmer..So, decided let's have a bowl of hot dumpling noodles! And yep! It was the right choice to make because the soup is really boiling and superb hot that although the noodles are a bit hard and not fully cooked, I only have to wait for a few minutes before start eating. It turns out that it was worth waiting because the timing is just nice to make the noodles not overly cooked while I still can enjoy it slowly without having the noodles overcooked when soaked inside the soup for too long! Red chilli is added inside to enhance the flavour of the dumplings which is made of minced meat and some vegetables. There are six dumplings in a bowl and it only cost $3 and I think it is a better choice when having no appetite for rice and set lunch
