Today I went to koufu for lunch with my friends. It was quite early, about 11am which is why we managed to find some seats quite easily. I ordered the U-mian from Ban Mian stall. There was quite a long queue and the auntie was a little impatient, however, I have used to her character, so I made my order without a second thought so that she won't have to wait for too long. I always love the dried anchovies added into the soup. It makes the soup tastes sweeter and smells nicer. Today's U-Mian is quite nice, the egg is just nicely boiled Like it a lot, always.

Wow, its dumpling noodle for my lunch today! I missed it a lot after almost 2 weeks never been eating in Koufu since school reopens because it is so crowded that we afraid of having lunch here, especially during lunch time, 12pm! That day we were quite early for our lunch, about 11 something, so we stiil managed to find some empty seats. I still prefer you mian dumpling soup than dry one.

I have been not eating this for I think more than half a year! Lastly I have chance to buy this because that day I was so bored of any other food or snack that I have been eating for 2 months because I am now doing final year project and has to eat in school everyday This hotdog waffle is still warm when I bought it. It tastes as usual like last time I used to eat it , sweet for the waffle and salty for the hotdog, quite a good combination

Whenever I carving for something with mixture taste of sweet and salty, I will go for japanese food It is because japanese food always taste sweeter than other kind of food... The chicken is quite tender and hs strong taste of teriyaki sauce which I like a lot! The eggs were fully cooked and taste nice when soaked inside the teriyaki sauce. It is cooked in claypot and I need to take it slow as it is really burning!

The beancurd is not sold during school term break and it has been months i never have this. I bought this and shared it with my friend who also like this a lot. Its vey cheap, less than $1 and the portion is a lot. However, I think they put too much syrup into it. Anyway, my friend has different view from me, she thinks it is just nice. Overall, the beancurd is smooth and soft
