If you ever remember as a recruit, you would have to book in on a sunday night and this place is where you will assemble...

I was accompanying my friend who didn't have his dinner one sunday night and just looked at the recruits and all i saw was that this place brought some reminiscence....

My friend ordered a double fillet o fish and i just got a coke... It was refreshing so much so that i actually also ordered a mcflurry as it was quite nice.... oreo filled....

It is often said that history will not repeat itself but at cake history, they seem to be futuristic orientated...

So i guess they make the cut of a good lesson learnt... They have unique breads which are delicious and tastes really awesome...

One evening after work was headed there to buy some buns and as usual i had one of my favourite buns... Its actually a sandwich... The egg and ham sandwich that is partially fried and yea taste really good... I also bought a cheesecake from that place... It was really good... Tasty and light... not so rich and it tasted pretty decent... Go cake history fly.. fly...

Did you know that as an NSF... you dont actually earn that much... During my NS time, i had the opportunity to go to other camps for meetings etc but anyways one day i was supposed to go to Mandai Hill Camp and we headed there but before that since we had 2 hours i decided to head over to MCD for my breakfast.... it was so epic...

We went in there and there was quite a huge group of ITE students but because i was in uniform... We were heading over to the cashier and then i decided to order the "drum rolls please" dadrarararararararararararararpung... SAUSAGE MCMUFFIN WITH EGG!!!! WHOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok so it was quite interesting because back then the breakfast meal was priced at $4... what a good deal right? That day was also the very day that Judas Priest and Lamb of God came down...

I wanted a twist to my drink... and i was looking at the menu and what i saw was the HoneyDew and watermelon soy milk... I felt like i needed some of to try out... and it kinda worked out for me....

Priced at around $2 i bought 1 of it to accompany my walk from Toa Payoh home.... Nothing else really mattered as i blasted Heavy Metal Music in my ears and minding my own business and walking home... The feeling is very awesome... Quick in decision and great to drink...

Late night supper at Jalan Kayu Smile May 21, 2013

You know what is best at this point of time in the night? Quite an inaccessible place and a place to find average prata....

Went to Upper Thomson for a weekly routine but due to unforseen circumstances... we headed over to Jalan Kayu.... From Thomson... you have to head up to Ang Mo Kio and then turn left into CTE... then take TPE... the 2nd exit and then turn right... go straight and we are there... it is the first shop for the kill....

The order was 2 plain prata, 2 egg prata, 1 cheese prata, 1 cheese mushroom prata... 2 iced tea and 2 teh tarik... The total came up to be around $18.85

Not too bad of a price but like i said.. gone are the days where things are cheaper... Anyways driving there is not too bad but if you take a bus then just be sure that you know how to go there...
