Awesome sauce OK May 20, 2013

Nothing can beat the days of having a fish burger in a chicken store... Went to popeyes after watching a movie.. Since it was an afternoon movie, i had a chance to have a n early dinner or should i say late snack... My friends and i shared the fish sandwich...

The fish was good... the cajun fries were not that bad and the drink was good but what was best was the sauce... Tasted like tartar sauce.... so unique.... so interesting but very fresh... Seems like they make their sauce fresh. You must try it to believe it...

Chinese Tea OK May 20, 2013

Went to jam near yishun and had a nice dinner afterwards as the mrt station was near the coffee shop so we decided to head over there for our meals... This coffee shop is good for another good thing and that is the awesome cup of chinese tea that is being served. The lady was quite friendly as she served us but nothing can beat the day when we are served with a nice cup of chinese tea.

Simply soothing as it flows down your throat in your body after any meal ensures that you are very healthily nourished.. About $1 a cup

As i had a horrible seafood dinner at forum seafood, i waited to see where my friends would want to have a post dinner somewhere else...

And so we headed to starbucks... Hmm how nice.... A smell of coffee... and pastries was fantastic.....

My friends and I sat down and reminiscence about the old days and our nonsense people around us...

I ordered the quiche... For those of you who cannot pronounce... it is pronounced Kish.. but you need to drag the i a little bit... and it is not pronounced ki shey.... Along with a tall chocolate chip cream... what a nice combination.. The quiche had egg, spinach and mushroom filling accompanied by a nice pastry...

Spent around $12 for my post dinner...

Pathetic... Cry May 20, 2013

Gathered for a supposed feast on a Sunday night... Warned my friends not to go here but we did anyways...

We sat down... and ordered.... before this we were told... free drinks and 30% off the bill and so we agreed....

third class service with fourth class food.....

The ambience was by the river. Saw the menu and we asked them to give us 5 mins while we ordered our drinks... I had Ginger Ale while 3 of my friends had Fresh mango juice and 1 of my friends of Fresh Lime juice...

We ordered cuttlefish with shallots and ginger, lemon chicken, pineapple rice and hot plate beancurd....

I have tasted better... The cuttlefish... slightly rubbery... i kept on asking them fresh or frozen... If they didnt know the answer i would not pay for this... So fresh cuttlefish.... fresh chicken as to what i would have expected..

The total bill: $168.80.... we asked for the bill and had to wait 15 minutes for the bill...

We were in shock as to why we had to pay that amount... My friend made the deals so i told him to settle it else i would step in and create havoc... After the minus off we paid a total of $94 for the meal....

A very 70s feel Smile May 17, 2013
Categories : Coffeeshop

Although i was born in the 80s... It certainly does not stop me from getting in the way of doing stuff like in the 70s... Growing up as a metalhead and one does only understand chaos... There is a softness for me when it comes to nostalgia.... Which is why I have a soft spot for them...

Loong Fatt Tau Sar Piah is very traditional... very rich and very nice.... the tastes of old and fresh brings me joy and happiness...

Love the decor... love the place... Awesome stuff deals with me...
