This is a very popular stall amony those staying in Bedok South. There is always long queue, durin the peak hours be prepared to wait up till 20 minutes for your turn. When I am there I always ordered the black and white. Black - Fried fish and White - Sliced fish. It is served with thin sliced bitter gourd, chye sim, fried egg white and seaweed served together with the fish broth. When eat altogether and a dap of belachan chilli it tastes heavenly. Yummy total damage to the pocket - $4.50.

Passed by this branch there was a strong aroma of the waffles. The aroma was so strong that it seems to hooked me to the source of the smell. I should say that the texture is very soft and very fragrant, Prima Deli has one of the best waffles served fresh and pipping hot. When it was served I got to wait a couple of minutes to let it cool down before I can sink my tooth into it. For this I had it with peanut butter.

Had this dish Thai Basil Mama Noodle. This is a noodle style of the rice. As the name stated they uses the instant noodle instead. The dish is simple and tasty too. The lady boss gave a very generous portion of the meat. It's a little to spicy for me. The noodle very springy, not too salty taste just right. Noticed that every Thai food stalls will give you a sunny side up for this dish. Today the the egg a little over cooked. Otherwise it would be perfect.

We were shopping at Plaza Singapura. Since we had a craving for pasta and pizza, we decided to drop by PastaMania for lunch. We had Marinara pasta, Meat Lover Pizza, Calamari and a Honey Lemon to cool us down. Marinara pasta (fusilli) - The pasta was cooked with prawn, squid, clams in tomato herb sauce. The taste was not quite there, did not tasted the herbs it has a strong tomato taste. But the fusilli was very chewy and not over-cooked. Price $11.10.Meat lovers pizza - The pizza consists of Beef, Turkey bacon, Chicken sausages and beef salami served with thick and crispy crust. To me one of the best tasting pizza around. Price $13.30 for 7 inch.The calamari rings was crispy and chewy, can taste the spicy that was marinated. The chilli sauce they served with it enhances the taste. Price $4.90.Honey Lemon Jello - This was a soothing drink can taste the Jello with the drink. Good enough to wash down with all the food eaten. Price $4.20

Loved eating Thai food. Was reding up OpenRice and found one in Tampines. I had Pork Basil rice with sunny side up and Thai mango salad.When the food was served I can smell the fragrant rice and pipping hot Pork with basil. The smell sure makes me feel hungry. The pork cooked just right not overly cooked or undercooked. The smell and taste of the basil does not outshone the main dish. No doubt this dish is cooked with chilli padi it does not taste spicy. Just nice.Mango taste sweet and the onion complements the overall taste. The chilli padi blends well as it's not overly spicy but just nice to have the after burn sensation on the tongue.
