This store sells kway chap and pig's organ soup, but what I like best is their Yam Rice, its full of old time favor. You can find in the rice is typically large slice of yam, mushroom, pork fat and dry shrimp. Ingredients one will f... Me and my father use to frequent the old store at middle road at the old days. The broth was good and the instestines and thouroughly clean so you do not taste any odd smell when you eat them. There is another store located in sam leong...
