Prizes
  1. Prizes are listed on the contest page and will be given "as is" without any warrantees, and are not exchangeable or transferable for cash.
  2. Prizes include Romance Flight Package from Singapore Flyer worth SGD138 and $50 Shopping Voucher.
  3. Participants must email couple photo to marketinginfo@OpenRice.com.sg
  4. Photo with the highest Facebook Likes wins the Romance Flight. OpenRice's pick of favourite photo wins the $50 shopping voucher.
  5. All entries must be submitted before 1200hrs on 13 February 2013 to qualify for this Contest.
  6. Prize redemption must be made at OpenRice Singapore office located at 1 Scotts Road, #18-01, Shaw Centre, Singapore 228208 (opening hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. Closed on weekends and PH).
  7. Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are the winner's responsibility.
  8. These Rules shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore
General Terms
  1. This Contest is conducted and operated by OpenRice Singapore ("The Promoter").
  2. This Contest is open to all members of OpenRice Singapore. Not yet a member, sign up here!
  3. This Contest runs till 13 February 2013.
  4. Winner will be determined based on most Likes.
  5. In the event that OpenRice is unable to obtain the prizes listed, we reserve the right to replace the prizes with an item of equivalent value.
  6. This Contest is not eligible to employees of OpenRice Singapore.
  7. All participant details provided will remain confidential except that The Promoter has the right to use and publish the names and photos of winners in any of their advertising and publicity materials; not limited to print, internet and television media in Singapore and beyond.
  8. Incomplete or inappropriate entries will be deemed void or invalid.
  9. By entering and participating in this Contest, your email address will be recorded in our database and you will automatically receive updates from OpenRice Singapore via our newsletter, EDM, and other marketing channels.
  10. By entering this Contest, participants agree that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
  11. The Promoter may amend the terms and conditions of the competition at any time without prior notice.
  12. If this Contest is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate, without prior notice.
