Spaghetti (boil till al dente, set aside) Sliced garlic 2 tbsp oil Prawns (ham or other ingredients of choice)
Method
1. Fry garlic with 2 tbsp of oil till fragrant 2. Add ingredients and fry till 3/4 cooked 3. Pour in pasta (1-2 mins med heat) 4. Add salt to taste, close the lid, swirl and flip the pan for 1-2 times (abt 2mins) 5. Serve with black crushed pepper
