18-20 medium-big prawns 1/4 tsp salt dash of pepper 1 clove garlic (peeled & chopped finely) 50g butter
Method
1. Wash & dry prawns. 2. Marinate with salt & pepper. 3. Heat pan with medium-low fire, put in butter. 4. Add garlic and stir for few seconds. 5. Add prawns & cover pan. 6. Cook for 5 minutes. 7. Flip pan, turn fire slightly higher (medium) & cook for another 5 minutes. 8. Dish up & serve.
