Topping: 1 Tomato 3 slices Cheddar cheese Butter and oil
Method
1. Boil the potatoes till soft, remove skin and mash 2. Add butter while mashing to make it smooth 3. Marinate the meat with soya sauce and pepper 4. Add 2-3 tbsp of canola oil to Happy Call Pan and pre-heat pan 5. Fry chopped onions and add some minced garlic. Stir fry and close pan 6. Next add the meat in 7. Once the meat is slightly brown, add mixed frozen vegetables and a dash of oyster sauce and salt to taste 8. Remove content from Happy Call Pan to baking tray and spoon the mashed potatoes over the top until the tray is fully covered 9. Slice tomatoes thinly and lay over the top of the potato with sliced square cheddar cheese 10. Bake in the oven for about 15- 20min at 250 degrees till the potato turns light brown
