Don't you think it's about time you cook for your mum on her special day? If you have no idea what to prepare, try this healthy and tasty dish!
Ingredient and Portion
Serves 4-6 people

Ingredients:
1 Stalk of Celery
4 Pieces of lettuce leaves
200g Chicken meat
6 Button mushrooms
1/2 tsp Minced garlic
1 tsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Oyster sauce
1 tsp Chinese wine
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
1/4 cup Water

Marinade:
2 tsp Oyster sauce
1/2 tsp Soya sauce
1/2 tsp Black sauce
1/2 tsp Corn flour
1/2 tsp Sesame oil
Pinch of Sugar & Pepper
Method
1. Wash & dice meat. Marinade for at least an hour.
2. Cut off both ends of celery. You may want to remove the “veins” by using a vegetable peeler if you prefer to have a smooth texture. Rinse & cut into slices.
3. Remove mushrooms from can & cut into slices.
4. Heat oil in wok. Add garlic & chicken. When half-cooked, add celery, mushrooms, oyster sauce & water. Mix well & cover lid. Simmer for about 5mins.
5. Remove lid & add wine, sesame oil & stir fry for another min. Remove & put them in separate pouches & you'll have your lovely garden vegetables.
