Method
1. Make an orange bolt of lightning by cutting an orange peel and shaping it in the form of a zigzag using the tip of a knife. Place the orange bolt in a small tea glass. 2. Squeeze a bergamot lemon zest over a small, see-through teapot then let the zest drop to the bottom of the container. Add two drops of orange blossom extract. It is important to use a see-through container so the PERRIER bubbles can be observed. 3. Place the teapot and tea glass on a small tray and fill the teapot with ice cold Perrier. 4. Proceed to serve the PERRIER white coffee in the traditional way by pouring the contents of the teapot in spectacular fashion into the drinking glass. 5. Serve with pastries.
