1. Wash meat and cut into 2cm cubes. 2. Marinate with ingredients (A). 3. Keep in a container and store in fridge for at least 2 - 3hrs, best overnight. 4. Mix ingredients (B) in a plastic bag. 5. Add meat into plastic bag and coat with flour mixture. 6. Heat oil in pan (I used abt 1/3 height of my deeper pan) on medium fire for about 2 minutes. 7. Place coated meat in heated oil to deep fry. 8. Cover pan, leaving a seam for moisture to escape (You can place a wooden chopstick between handles) and fry for about 3 - 5 minutes. 9. Open the pan, turn meat to fry thoroughly. 10. Once golden brown, remove from oil and put on kitchen towels.
