1.Heat pan and olive oil. When it is hot, sear the duck for about five minutes. While searing, constantly turn it on both sides to avoid the duck from getting burned. Once it is done, put in a plate and set aside.
2.In a chopping board, slice the romaine lettuce into medium-sized pieces. Put in a plate and add the mixed salad.
3.Slice the smoked duck breast and add in the salad.
4.Top the roasted almonds, bacon bits, croutons, and the sliced cherry tomatoes.
5.Drizzle with the sesame dressing, lemon juice, and serve.
