I am not a great fan of char-kway tiao (CKT) to begin with.Before I tried their CKT, I think only the CKT stall at Marina Parade (Apollo) have manage to impress me so far. The rest was just slightly average.Their CKT here are generally different from Apollo. I would say they are of two different class.The CKT they serve here belongs to the more conventional type. Simply skilled.Taste is a little overwhelming (But I love it!)Generous bean spout, spring onions and the most essential of CKT - PORK

Generous bean spout, spring onions and the most essential of CKT - PORK LARD and Cockles!
Every mouthful you could taste the fragrant of the lard.
Very sinful indulge, but it's really one of the simple pleasures of life.
For good CKT lovers - this is not to be missed!
