We felt romantic aft walking along the Bay & Helix Bridge, so decided on some dessert~ TCC @ Millenia Walk was a very right choice!There's very few people at 8pm, the enclosed circular sofa seat with chandelion above was very romantic for a dessert time~ We ordered a ChocoNana Parfait to share~ love that they have rice crisps at the bottom!
