I had a class gathering at Seoul Garden @ NgeeAnnCity and despite my initial misgivings (I’ve head unflattering stuff about them), I found it a rather pleasant experience. It was my first time at Seoul Garden and I was impressed by the variety of meat especially since the buffet was not pricey! Taste wise, the grill was generally nicer than the steamboat. It was my first time at Seoul Garden and I was impressed by the variety of meat especially since the buffet was not pricey! Taste wise, the grill was generally nicer than the steamboat. I would recommend patrons to concentrate solely on the food and not bother with desserts and other cooked food though. The desserts and other cooked food like pasta and dimsum tasted quite bad.
As for the ambience, this is a good place for a big group gathering. Its generally quite noisy so you wouldn’t feel the need to be quiet and the service staff were very helpful in arranging the tables to fit our very very large group.
