Rickshall noodles or 拉车面 - Its basically stewed hokkien noodles swimming in garlic based soup with dried anchovies. It used to be a form of low-down food for those trishaw-puller back in the 60s.I dont think its a common dish that you would find in a hawker center nowadays. It might not look quite appealing at a glance, but it certainly taste better than what it look.Even thou it's simple without much fanciful ingredient, it has a full-bodied taste noodles with the fragrant broth.Very simple dish

I dont think its a common dish that you would find in a hawker center nowadays.

It might not look quite appealing at a glance, but it certainly taste better than what it look.
Even thou it's simple without much fanciful ingredient, it has a full-bodied taste noodles with the fragrant broth.

Very simple dish with a slight hint of anchovies. Nostalgic taste.

The serving is rather small to be considered as a full meal.
But hey! Its $1.20/serving!

It's another form of experience to have some light, simple dish once in a while.
