Apollo Fresh Cockle Fried Kway Teow is not just any other Fried Kway Teow! It is fried with with alot of juicy cockles! The cockles are fresh too! The good thing about this fried kway teow is that although it is cooked a little more ‘wet’ than others, it is not as oily. It could be their house sauce that provided it with such a texture. Yummy!
