Looking at the menu, I would think this is probably the healthiest burger option McDonalds offers. It's a premium burger that comes at a premium price ($5.50 for the burger alone), but they try to make it look like it's worth it. On a sourdough bun lies a bed of lettuce with a nicely grilled chicken fillet topped with tomato slices and drizzled with a special sauce. For a fast food restaurant, I can pretty much say they've done well with this burger. It can let you deceive yourself into thinking

For a fast food restaurant, I can pretty much say they've done well with this burger. It can let you deceive yourself into thinking it's healthy food, and it makes for a hearty and satisfying meal, especially with the golden fries that everyone loves.
