To the service girl named Joan. By bumping into us without saying a word of sorry, scolding us instead of answering a simple question of "how long more do we have to wait, are there available tables yet" and slamming the chair and menus on our table, we are clearly not impressed.

You've messed with the wrong group of people where we have worked ourselves in this service industry.

Our meal came late as well, as it was fully loaded with a lot of people on this weekday evening was heavily packed for real. We queued for almost an hour straight with patience.

Chicken wings however were a bit of a cure, with sprinkles of pepper and salt, and it was tender and juicy.

Furious, we filled in the feedback form and personally gave it to the manager but yet she was also so busy that she didn't have time to even read. We left with rambling after Joan, but that doesn't mean its the entire team's fault. Only to that particular waitress that you probably didn't listen to your training well...
