Bought a white carrot cake for lunch.Firstly, the carrot cake was well presented, topped with chopped spring onion. The carrot cake was evenly cut into acceptable size, soft and spongy texture. The carrot cake was cooked with chili and the level of spicyness was acceptable, not too spicy. It was well seasoned as well, not too salty and the egg mixture was spread evenly with the carrot cake.
