Since the Swiss management took over, they've improved on the food and service at Marche. All your favorite Swiss dishes are back; Rosti, Crepe, Pork Knuckle, Bread Pudding; along with food from other parts of Europe, like Paella. You do get what you pay for, and although the price of each dish is around $10 - $20, it's well worth the money. Portions are large and filling, and more importantly, are well-cooked and taste great. The crepe is so nice, I wanted to eat it even though i was already full. I ordered it with a scoop of ice-cream to go with it. The crepe itself is slight chewy which was so so good! The warm crepe together with some ice-cream is the best combination. A scoop of ice-cream cost $5.40 after tax.
