Was craving dou hua at night and got this for take-away at nightThe douhua is served hot or cold and instead of one shaped like that of your bowl, they actually slice off pieces. Each bite feels solid unlike the soybean tofu made of powder which dissipates as soon as you put it in your mouth.So glad there are more than 3 establishments; the stall at Balestier is brightly lit and clean (which is always a plus). Definitely can fight with KFC eggtarts
The crust is done and layered well
