I used to wonder why opel leaves are use to wrap take-away fried hokkien mee and understanf from dad that its the traditional way where fired hokkien mee are packed. Does that means that hokkien mee stall which still provides this kinda opel leaves taste most tradition?Well, was in Ang Mo Kio area for dinner and we decided to order abit of everything to share.  I opt for fried hokkien mee from this stall and it's WOW.... simply fantastic. Moist and Q rice vermicelli soaked with seafood broth, sweet and fresh! Thumb's up!
