The Korean bibimbap mixed rice is a very balanced-diet meal. The rice consists of lots of side dishes, such as cucumber, carrot, bean sprouts, radish, seaweed, and chicken slices. The well-marinated chicken slices are quite tender. However, the fried-egg is a bit too cooked for me that the egg yolk is not runny enough.
