The amount of the chicken is quite much,the uncle is so generous.The chicken is quite crispy and it's met is quite soft.However, the rice is abit oily,and also dry.It is quite hard to let me digest, maybe they added not enough water during cooking, But i like the "fragnance".The soy sauce is also quite nice.To add the orange chilli, it makes the chicken rice taste nicer.
