Was starving while running errands for the wedding and chanced upon High Society at Pacific Plaza. High Society is a record label by founded by That CD shop and the company has ventured into F&B. It was Mid-afternoon and the afternoon tea set caught my eye.
The décor is mesmerising, elegant and classy. Service was polite, efficient but lack warmth. The savouries faired much better than the sweets. The lobster on toast was well flavoured, wish I could have a second serving of it.
I had 2 gripes:
1) There was only ONE serving of sweets, which was very inconvenient and rather messy to share among 2, we had to cut all of the sweets into 2 as we wanted to taste all of them.
2) The teas were not refillable. Boo!
