I was having lunch with my colleague here. I decided to have mixed vegetable rice. Some of my favourite dishes are curry vegetable, sweet & sour pork and braised minced meat. The curry vegetable was nicely cooked to give it the soft texture. The sweet and sour pork has got the right balance of fat and lean meat. It was stir-fired with the sweet and sour sauce to obtain the flavor and taste. The braised minced meat was braised nicely with soya sauce at the right level of saltiness. All the dishes
