Brought a plate of the stir fried ginger pork rice from this stall after looking at their wide variety of food made available. Presentation wise is quite neatly and nicely presented with the rice and pork seperated and a pan fried egg topped on the rice. The pork is thinly sliced, has a very soft and tender texture and is cooked with slices of ginger and chopped spring onion.
