The Baskin Robbins outlets are cheerfully decked out (the staff too) so that when you are having your ice-cream there, it momentaily makes you feel cheered up. And have you seen the flavours? Like cotton candyland. If I were a child, it would be paradise. They have regular promotions running too. I had the berry yoghurt flavour. It was well-balanced, neither too sour nor too sweet. Go for it!
