After the last time i ordered the chicken bibimbap, i decided to order their squid bibimbap. their squid is chopped until very finely. it is not in the ring form. when you mixed in the rice, you can barely see it but when you spoon mouth and mouth of rice, you can taste the chewy squid. i like it that they allow you to add the chilli sauce cos you can control how spicy the rice is.
