Cafe Cartel has always been a favourite place to relax and chill, especially ifone manages to snare one of the comfy booth seats with sofas that enable one to sit back and put up one's feet. Dropped by for a late lunch of fish and chips $16.30++ but the portion was so big it is best shared by two or you wont have room for dinner. Huge fillet that is double the size of the portion size served at Manhattan Fish Market, coated with light crispy batter and drained well of the oil used for deepfrying.
